Information To Share
Thank You: Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone in our community for making the first week of school go so smoothly. The energy of the staff and students was incredible and we were able to get students into their classes and begin learning right off the hop. It was the best way to start what will be an incredible year!
Upcoming Closure of Grade Crescent: The City of Langley will be doing construction on Grade Crescent just west of HD Stafford Middle school starting Tuesday September 15th. It will last for approximately 6 weeks. It will mean that the school can only be accesses from the east. It is extremely important you pick up and drop off students quickly and in the correct area (adjacent to the school, not in front of the school). You can see all the information and detour maps on our website (they will be posted Monday morning). We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.
Photo Day: Monday, September 14th is Photo Day! Make sure that hair is brushed and the smiles are ready! Also be sure to bring in the form that went home with students last week.
Student Fees: The information for student fees went home with students last week. Please be sure to complete the form and hand in the accompanying cheque or cash. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate the office or talk to administration.
PAC Meeting: This Wednesday is our first PAC meeting of the year. Part of what will make HD Stafford Middle successful throughout this year and beyond is the amazing work of our PAC. We encourage all of you to come out on Wednesday at 6:30 and be a part of our team.
Grade 8 Camp: Please be sure to get your forms and money into homeroom teachers. Things are well underway for what will sure to be an amazing experience at the end of the month.
